In this blog, we’re looking at video 11 of my 90 day livestream journey. The last 2 days I’ve woken up at 6am a few minutes before an alarm, just by setting the intention. & Why do people invest in coaching?

Effortless 6am Wake Ups
Sometimes we need to shift our patterns or shake up a schedule to wake up some latent potential and productivity. I’ve decided to start waking up at 6am, which I’ve found to be surprisingly easy. How does the body know how to do this? Without any reference and coming into this circadian cycle from one that had me going to sleep around this time just a few days before, I’ve managed to be awake pre-alarm 2 days in a row.
It may sound simple, but it has started me thinking about what else we could achieve just by telling ourselves we can and will. What are the limitations?
Why People Pay For Coaching & Mentorship
As I’ve recently been leaning into as much education, coaching and mentorship as possible, I’ve gained a new perspective on what kind of investments are important to make, and which ones we make for short term satisfaction which ultimately does nothing for our life experience or development as human beings.
Since we’ve looked at the ability to make changes like wake up times, and how easy that is, why do people pay for coaching anyway?
Obviously there are things we wish to achieve in life that are much more complicated than when we start our day, which require much more learning, introspection, inner work, changing of habits, changing or examination of beliefs, etc. and to take all this on ourselves can be a heavy lift. To make a serious life change like starting a business solo could take a long time, the example I give in today’s video is 30 months. On the other hand, with mentorship, support and resources the same can be achieved in 10 months, leaving the other 20 months as time to enjoy and build on the changes. Isn’t time our most precious resource?
