Meta-Stories & Non-verbal Language

In this blog, we’re looking at video 6 of my 90 day livestream journey. I’ve started reading “How to get lots of money for anything fast” by Stuart Lichtman, and I’m learning a new way to address my reactions to and perspectives on past and future experiences.

What Language Does Your Human Suit Speak?

In this book, some of the different surface systems of the human body are categorised into 4 components, as follows;

  • Brain stem: Physical language, sensations, instinctive reactions.
  • Mid-brain: Emotions, memory, intuition, higher consciousness, energy body.
  • Right brain: Patterns, arrangement, rhythm, holistic thinking, operation in unexplored territory.
  • Left brain: Words, logic, details, order, linear thinking, operation in explored territory.

The point is made that while we operate as 1 conscious awareness, in fact we are a microcosm of entities each expressing information in their unique language. Why is this important to know? Because we have to figure out not only how to communicate to each area in a way that will be received, but how to get all the different components focused on the same goal, making us into a coherent goal achieving system, rather than a confused mess.

What Is A Meta-Story?

Creating a meta-story is the process of recalling an experience and editing it to reflect the best attributes of what happened, creating something we can visit in a positive and healthy growth mindset out of something that may have been less desirable in the moment. Since we are quantum beings, from one perspective the things we have gone through in the past don’t really exist anymore. We only have this present moment. Therefore, any emotional baggage, trauma, negative experiences etc. which still hurt or affect us are a problem for our ability to operate in the now, and also to achieve things we set out for ourselves

We can use the meta-story process to address any traumas, and to design future projections in a way that makes them happen for our highest good, and for the highest good of everyone involved.
