In this blog, we’re looking at video 4 of my 90 day livestream journey. It’s a special time in the year and in our ascension process. I’m talking about goal setting, again, and feeling massive personal shifts.
90 Day Video Journey II
I’m going to be live streaming daily from my YouTube channel 0alexpepper2, so head over and subscribe if you would like to come along for the ride.
Leo / Lion / Fire energy
When I think lion, I think (lion king) courage, strength, power. I think leadership. I know in my personal experience over the last few months it has been a lot of hard work and some really tough and challenging situations to go through.
The most important thing I notice is that I haven’t quit on anything, and I’ve managed to continue pushing no matter what. As this week rolls around and we hit the 8/8 infinity portal, I’m really feeling a big wave of new and exciting energy. I have the goals for this year laid out in front of me and I’m in my flow state every day, making the absolute most of my productivity and living at the edge of my boundaries.
Chaos V Order, Variables V Constants
I was watching Sam Ovens’ weekly YouTube video and he explained an interesting point on holding variables constant as a part of goal setting. Continuing on this daily dive into how we navigate reality by orientating ourselves towards our highest potential, I remembered I had written down “don’t move the goal posts during the day”, and this is the essence of what Sam explained.
The basic gist of this idea is that without holding firm to the intended outcome, we can’t know if our actions and environment in the current moment are ultimately conducive to getting our desired outcome. If the goal keeps changing, we’ll never make it there and we’ll just be in a constant state of confusion or “fucked-brain”.
The smart way to analyse our productivity and behaviour is to iterate changes into our environment and our actions one at a time while holding other elements constant, so we can really identify what changes are happening.
